Company has about $6.5 Million cash on hand following recent conversion of options to fund massive expansion plans across Australia and Asia initially. Qtr on Qtr growth increasing markedly, especially online and soon into the lucrative Eastern Australian market place.

1/ Preparation of lupin underway for CSIRO to produce a food grade commercial quantity of lupin protein isolate to be used in plant-based product development.
2/ WOA to present to a global network of food manufacturers in September.
3/ Scaling and refining of the production process of Lupens is advancing, with the pilot trial on schedule for commencement in September 2020.
4/ Oat milk product launch, Commercial launch on track for Q4 2020 CY. Product packaging and market campaign concepts are now under final development and discussions with WA and eastern states’ distributors are underway.
5/ Entry into lucrative East Coast Australian market Q4 2020.
6/ Company will most likely work to get product range in Woolworths and Coles across Australia.
7/ Currently in early stage discussions with multiple distributors in South-East AsiaLaunch into Asia expected H2 2020.
8/ Oat Milk distribution across South-East Asian markets in 2021.
9/ The Company has also commenced early stage discussions with European and North American food companies in relation to its lupin protein technology.
