refugee - why should I be using log when linear tells the story? I have never believed the log scale tells anything but a false story - just because some 'experts' use the logarithmic scale does not make it any more of a reliable basis on which to form an opinion... and the log scale smooths out many turning points - nah, I'll be sticking to the warts and all linear scale, but thanks anyway.....


(and just in case anyone wants to educate me, I am more than familiar with the technicalities of linear/log scales thank you....)
