I can see where it said held 19.99percent and I understand the reason for not wanting to go over 20percent

The only part I have found that states an explanation for why he sold was 2,000,000 due to no longer having an interest in Lucerne Australia

happy to be corrected but I can’t see where your drawing your conclusion from for the reason for selling 101million shares
