"The pipeline of development opportunities cant be funded so will be sold"
This is not the case. In fact this is where the value lies for the banks. These assets are worth many multiples more if they are completed and sold at the end, especially the wind farms. This is one of the main reasons why the banks want to keep it going, to allow this pipeline to be completed and the assets sold and proceeds used to repay debt.
But the rest of what you say it correct. It is a workout story.
