    Hi Tumby,

    From their website it seems that CSG is a state owned enterprise. In relation to a possible hi-tech glass factory joint venture in WA, I can't see the strategic risk to Australia as there is no incumbent industry to threaten and no existing IP to lose. From the Oz side of things, it is all good to my eyes. Of course, PRC might view it as negative or a way of punishing Oz by preventing such a JV.
