I think in this day and age that any CEO who has disdain or ill feeling towards shareholders is taking a great risk. I know LDN reads HC....not sure how often and its not a terrible idea to gauge shareholder sentiment....especially around voting time.

Whatever criticism's LDN has copped....I assume he would take it on the chin or at least he should. That's why he gets the big bucks. Shareholder's concerns should not be dismissed or fobbed off.....you can look at some very big companies who have done that to their peril.


I admit, I was a harsh critic in the past....but I never wanted him to resign or step down as others were shouting.....I just wanted more info and more transparency. His reaction to that was to hide travel expenses within general expenses so they could not be commented on....raising the ire of shareholders again. Not a great move really.

He was certainly called out over some of the blatant rorts, wild claims and going's on in BRN earlier in the piece and it was an accurate assessment at that time because it was reflected in the SP....but the ship has steadied over the last year or so, so the more harsh criticism has fallen away now.

There has been greater focus and less chasing the wind. Less hockey stick comments....which were never useful to start with.

The chip will be the company making item we have all waited for......somewhat patiently for a long time. I am looking forward to continue holding for a long time and see fruit bear on this one.
