"It's a shame Trent didn't post it to the shareholders site first, but it's done now."
Thanks Raks, but this site is more fluid.
People should understand that there are two Zebra's here.
Zebra Copper Ltd
and
Zebra Mining Services Ltd .
And this is when Mark was appointed
Zebra Copper (read here Mark Smyth and Chris Page) acquried the main 7 of the 9 exploration licenses during June and July 2007 for around $AU12 million. See contracts on my site.
Zebra then became a subsidiary of Belize registered Fortitude Mining where Fortitude had on issue 51,700,000 shares at a value of $1.39 each which valued the licenses around AUD100 million.
As Mark Smyth was the director of Zebra Copper and Cityview at the time why didn't he organise for the licenses to be acquired by Cityview for the same cost ie. $12 million.
Why is Cityview paying around 8 times what Mark Smyth and Chris Page paid? Who is behind Fortitude? How did Fortitude acquire Zebra Copper? Who are the shareholders of Fortitude?
Please ask ASIC to look into this as well.
Just my research, but best to do your own.
