    Not much of an argument here, and as you say: Breakout is a breakout.

    I prefer to use the "dependable" definitions when it comes to minimum targets.
    I learned to limit the half-staff projections to them from Peter Brandt.
    After looking back at hundreds of trades the metrics confirm it for me.

    I'll be glad to see your projection reached hastily.
