    Streetalk, I saw that one of your posts suggested that because funding was guaranteed there was no issue with the project going ahead.

    If funding is guaranteed why would the RE decide to defer the 5c distribution and reduce it... I have read and re-read the announcement and it is very flimsy reasoning...
