not sure if anything will happen to anyone at WHC regarding some of the stuff you say. sadly and to be fair, none of it seems outside the ordinary for a company. such as paying dividends with debt.

my only question to you is, if you knew about this before they released their financial reports, then why are you still invested in this?

a lot of points you raised are good indicators to use on whether you should hold a stock or not.

also, with regards to analyst recommendations, they can be right or they can be wrong. i have never once relied on an institutions recommendation to make a stock purchase decision. i rather learn how to try and value a business my self and go from there. not that im a pro at it by any means but it pretty much allows me to blame nobody but my self.

one good thing about trading and not investing is that you can be blind to management and fundamentals and strictly use price action and technicals. much higher gambling factor you could say though.

you seem to know a lot about whc and perhaps a learning lesson would be to really pay close attention to those red flags you point out and act upon it.
