    Yea they do,

    Yet lots of things need to be done.

    I think its more a problem of logistics

    Terms have to be agreed Legal Contacts need to be drawn up and signed, Christmas break ect ect.

    I don't think it will be to long before its finalised. Certainly when I spoke to the company today I did ask about the bridging loan and he didn't give me any reason to doubt that it would not be granted soon.
