Well personally I think they shouldn't have done the placement at all, well certainly not at 5.5c.

New information came regarding the ptx100 trial and the Peter Mac collaboration.

Also the share price was at 8c. So why do a placement at 5.5c?

That is my issue. I think it's poor form.

But biotechs do tend to grab money if they can. Imugene raised cash at 3.6c when their sp was 5c.

Perhaps after the sp hit 2.2c earlier in the year then management thought it a good idea to raise at 5.5c.

I'm not happy about it, but I intend to stay a holder as I like their programs and the fact that they have cash now.
