Tigermoth & makattack, thanks for your respective responses. Much appreciated. They deliver food for thought. My take on biofuels is that oil prices won't be this low forever. OPEC will make sure of that, plus the massive deleveraging and attendant selling by speculators that has gone on also won't persist for ever. Ultimately the markets will get back on track, despite the fact this world fin crisis has been intense to say the least. The big question that none of us really know the answer to is when will that occur? I think the economic fall out associated with the financial crisis is still growing, such as unemployment increasing, mortgage/loan defaults, further diminishing confidence and yet more unemployment and so on. But who can tell what effect the various stimulus packages will have on restoring employment (directly & indirectly), confidence (business & consumer) & spending. Time will tell.

But as was reported in the Fin Review (either today or yest) lets not forget the world FOOD crisis. Hey that was a great article earlier in this thread. Thanks. Independent of, but in harmony with that are many articles/opinions during last year & again this year, that warn that we're facing a huge looming crisis in world shortages of food and Phos cannot be substituted & is an essential element in growing food, feed, fibre & fuel.

RP will get MAK going over the next 5 or so years & then they can put some more focus back into their other projects as well as the resource sector cycles back up in 10yrs or so. The major shareholders appear to have faith in MAK and to be well connected & clever operators. The directors of MAK likewise. I've taken a close look at them over the past few days and can't fault them. I'm in it for the longterm and will prob even increase my holdings. I guess that makes me an investor rather than a trader? And I guess there's room enough for everyone & the more the merrier :-)

PS. If the negative talk get traction it'll prob favour us who still want to buy more.
