I'm guessing you didn't bother checking the official ASX announcement of 20/7/20 outlining the error?
In terms of why those former two top holders dissapeared, I covered that weeks ago with another poster with delusions of adequacy. He is almost as ignorant as you - it was all to do with the ASX backed remediation process.
As far as your comments regarding the 12% on the Con Notes...I'm sure those directors will take their 12% instead of converting, where upon they could make 200% easily tomorrow IF they sold....
