Oh dear! You really haven’t kept up to date have you and you are clearly not very well informed.
Five year later BRN is still partnered with the same third tier universities. They are still trying to flog the same SNN dead horse. They still have essentially zero income. They are still practically broke and using expensive financiers. The price is about the same as it was in 2015. The only real change is huge amount of dilution and a lot of money wasted for no obvious benefit.
