"Reading the advertising material is not good enough..If you want to know more about CVC Asia Pacific ..you have to go back to its origins and CVC Capital Partners etc..I believe"....and my reason for saying this...

Sorry to harp on about this ,but according to the last paragragh of this UK article..and other info on the net.

    http://www.iht.com/articles/ap/2007/06/01/business/AS-FIN-COM-Australia-PBL.php June 2007

"CVC Asia Pacific was formed in 1999 as a joint venture between CVC Capital Partners and Citigroup. It is focused on large-scale buyouts in the Asia-Pacific region".

The critical margin loans held over a huge number of shares owned by Directors were given by a Citigroup subsiduary...
Surely anyone with margin loans to a slightly affiliated entity could have a possible conflict of interest/margin problem ?? that he would face when negotiating the subsequent sale of Stella..imo.

In fact if this is the case....either Stella could not be sold or all the margined Directors would have to leave..
or ??...how would you solve such a prediciment???
Or is this not a problem?
MK wanted to list Stella and raise more cash and that may have solved this problem..? ? ?

Who was CEO? or Co CEO as intimated by new HC poster 625402? Because I thought that Craig White was next in charge..

I think that there was no CFO at the time.
How could they properly negotiate the sale of the major income producing entity and have no CFO?
Please correct me if any of this is incorrect...as I am relying on my memory of reported events.

Who was responsible? Who wrote the contract and conditions/warranty..?
CVC Asia Pacific or CVC Capital Partners Or Citigroup?

Was 333 overseeing the figures then?
Now there seems to be a warranty problem and OCV side is penalised.

Did any-one care/know that they were taking loans from one of..{or a subsiduary}of the partners of a 'joint venture' buyout firm to whom they were negotiating to sell Stella, their biggest earning asset??

To me the first negotiations and disclosure of the companies books to CVC.....in 2007... with directors, personally in such a comprimised loan position might be some sort of breach of law.

    What do you think?
