Oh I think that their cuts and lack of oversight is partly responsible for the problems in private aged care. And as the problems are mainly in private care and not pubic care, the private operators must accept a large part of the blame. I read where one private operator thought buying a new luxury car was more important than supplying protective equipment to his facilities.
