By all means castigate the politicians for not making Care homes safe and responsible, but it is the mountain of non performing public servants that you should be taking aim at, as it was the job they were/are being paid to do and they have failed the test miserably, and worse still they can't be sacked, put in jail or yelled at for their part in all the deaths that have occurred during the Covid crises

How do you know the public servants were not just doing as they were told from higher up kingpins.
Anyway the direct blame for this fiasco lies with the private operators.
IMO many of them should be facing manslaughter charges and penalties.
