Nothing wrong with the growth story.
My concerns relate to the profit.. the income is coming in, but expense management will be difficult (increasing advertising, more staff required).
When you come up against Draftkings and other big agencies, you are forced to spend big on marketing. but the big question is.. will it work and penetrate the market?
There is a reason the big guys didn't bother with this deal (or didn't offer enough), they have big experienced teams.
