Cant see contract with China,there is no production of io, ( Chinese would want garantees )and the reserves of io have to be viably exploited in order for contacts to take place.
I was at the agm and John Anderson said that he needs to do a full study assesment of deposits before they can proceed with anything.
Court cases have to be addressed first and utmost before anything can concretely start taking place ( including getting loans to continus operations)Its all become very complicated
