Not a shareholder & no vested interest either way. But have a fair knowledge of laser and biology. 450nm is used for surgery and has been well studied for its anti microbial effects. Very doubtful you could patent this technology. Very easily copied by say the Chinese. For example I just checked Alibaba & here's one example.

Not the same I know but the technology is quite basic - bit like re-purposing old drugs. If everyone is making hydroxychloroquin, it's hard to make a killing in the market due to the competition.
