Hi Guys

The more you hear about MFS/OCV the worse it gets.
I have waved goodbye to $34K (approx 3 years of savings) ripped off by deceitful and incompetent actions and idiotic management by EX MFS Directors

It would interesting if those in the OCV Class Action (as they have zero hope of getting 1 cent from MFS/OCV) are considering an action against the MFS Auditor.

Worth considering. You may get something back

However, I would hope all ex MFS Directors are bankrupted. At least that would be provide some justice for ripped off and spat out MFS shareholders, MFS noteholders, and PIF investors

A very sorry state of affairs for all Investors. We appear to have had zero protection and zero action by ASIC and ASX at this point in time. Apparently Paper Tigers.
