The dice would have rolled by now. In the covid environment people would try to get things done sooner rather than leave it for last day and let a sudden lockdown spoil all plans. It would have made sense to release some sort of announcement with some name and then do a credit raise. If they would have announced that we are in advanced discussion with this party then CR would have been much easier, bigger and less dilutive. I think that situation is still the same as it was 3 months ago. Everybody got samples and no body is ready to sign any agreement at the moment. Doesn't mean that no body will be ready before 30th Sep but chances are decreasing every day. I have sold some more of my holding yesterday and only plan to hold a small amount what I am happy to lose. May be I will change my mind and completely get out as it gets closer to 30th Sep.
