Do you seriously believe that of is it just your intention to just get a response. The penalty for not making good on the default is simply losing the asset. Not sure what else you will dream up.
I personally think that they are just kicking the can further down the road hoping for an improvement in market conditions. They have just under 4 months to make a sale or pay the current default and the cheap interest courtesy of Woody. That will give them another 6 months to a default date.
