accumulator at the front door

From the trading I saw today indicated that there is an accumulator buying up alot of shares. Mostly priced at 25-26.5c. Do we have a new person in town? Or is it just a rich millionaire wanting to make a buck.

Interesting to see how this will play out, especially with the options up for expiry soon. However IMO at most I think the value of the shares will only dilute to about 43c after the options have been excercised. So for everyone else who is saying 38-39c dilution, is incorrect as this is just down ramping.

IMO from what I can see there is an accumulator, but just who is it, is the main question.
