Look at where NST were a little over 10 years ago, they were a 4c company with a 5 Mil Market Cap that commenced their life acquiring a small scale mining operation and with the rising POG grew through accretive acquisitions into the $10 Billion Beast they are today. You see, there is too much emphasis on exploration and grades and not enough on the feasibility and money aspect on business, that is where a company can bring value back to shareholders.
What is happening now is different to that of the GFC. A falling USD index, unprecedented employment, wage/salary decline & trades wars leading to rising cost or both imported and locally produced goods. Can't see many nations climbing out of this hole in the next 5-10 years, let me explain, it'll probably take another 3 years to realize the full economic impacts from the lockdowns, another 3 years for an industrial revolution to be resurrected and another 3-5 years of transition. Let's be honest, things will never be the same again and Aus won't have a choice to become more self sustaining, we need to invest in the manufacturing and production technology to once against become a nation that produces not one that borrows to consume. We won't have a choice.
What all this fluff talk means, means, the POG will remain strong for well over the next decade, don't know about reaching $3000, but definitely well over $1500/usd/oz!
