@Hateful8 did some work, you just need to trawl through some previous post. Would be easier to find if these god damn trolls didn't crowd the threads so much. Or some of the posters here with their one liners.
IMO, there is no point looking to much into them, they won't be doing anything over there, they are just simply claiming their stake over the tenements and some value add to the companies Enterprise Value.
