Ok so you don't find it incredibly dishonest how a director posts a picture of Tesla cars on his linkedin (knowing fully well its implication) the day before he begins offloading $5 million of NVX shares over a week, and then after doing so, sneakily throws it in an end of friday announcement. Right before battery day too.
And then people here are trying to justify him by saying 'oh he just needs to pay off his mortgage' or 'he only sold 1/6' or 'he deserves it for his hard work'.
Look, I'm saying it as it is. This is a massive red flag. And the logical conclusion is that he expects the gravy train to be over post battery day, and he also knows that the stock is currently overvalued.
Happy to be proven wrong but his actions and the current justifications for them definitely do leave a bad taste in my mouth.
