SPARKOS,imo only if tls 'buys' back nbn it could wipe tls's profit out .
tls's compensation as per nbn agreement is showing up in the financials but penn every year reduces 'his' ebitda guidance.
If tls buys back nbn at any price, tls will stop receiving the $1b pa lease payment ie 100% roll out very close, plus tls will have to take back the nbn employees costing $2.5b.
We all know tls is slow, the transition time to take back the nbn and above financial adjustments could be tragic for tls.
Panda is far to nice and articulate,as posted a couple of times if i attended the agm i would be removed by security.
As Panda says, penn keeps lowering the bar as in the ebitda target so he can hit target.
Or maybe i would stand with a sign 'time for roy chestnut as ceo and a new chairman'.
In the other hand 'let belong resell gas and electricity u goose'.
