Floods delay mine drill

A MINING company has had to delay drilling on a new project because of flooding in the Barkly region.
Minemakers has been unable to drill at its Wonarah phosphate project 230km east of Tennant Creek as machinery has been stuck in Queensland.
Managing director Andrew Drummond said he hoped to have three rigs running in three weeks and to be in production by early next year.
