Chessfou, there is no strategic difference between 10.5% and 10.0001%, as long as you are over 10% it is a blocking stake from a compulsory acquisition point of view in the event of a 3rd party takeover offer.
It obviously cant stop a bidder gaining control (Ie 50.1%),, but it can stop 100%- where the bidder would have direct access to HDR's assets and cash flow.
