What's the target Dave? Simple question, what are the target optics which will permit a relaxation of Stage 4 lockdown? That's an easy question. Is it, say, less than 20 new cases per day for a month? Is it, say less than 10 new cases per month? Or is it that the Vic Govt. have no idea?
Given the amount of personal and economic damage going on in Victoria it is not unreasonable to expect that a "plan" exists. Tell the people the target is all I ask.
