re: aussie dollar to fall DJ1 - if Goldman Sachs have been instructed by MAE to seek out/tender for potential buyers of MAE's assets and is having preliminary discussions/due diligence processes with those parties why would GS announce this to anyone?
In fact, until the talks get to an advanced stage even the MAE directors may not be involved as GS are being paid to do the negotiating on their behalf.
