    Anyone know what the lowest new daily case rate was during stage 3? I can't seem to find it.

    Whatever this value is, during stage 3 it went from that number to 700+

    This means we won't be leaving stage 4 until the number of new daily cases is lower than that number - otherwise it will just shoot back up to 700+ again.
