I think its more like...I want to be a hero....I will wait and buy a property for 50% less than you....and then I will be a hero!
they could move over to the US and buy for $1000....or is it the UK and pay 60% less....well off you go and do it...
it all comes back to excuses....waiting for this or waiting for that to happen...and then I will do something...but their goals will never happen...so they never have to do anything.....
just be honest and say ...I want to rent..thats my choice and leave it at that....
