LE, I cannot be bothered nor do I have the time...I happen to know some props for rent are listed and rented within a week...others are never advertised...they get taken up within days,,,I also understand why some do not have an address...a more expensive home..exclusive suburb...etc
I am happy enough with the listings advertised on the major sites...suburb I monitor is on average 1% or less...
I am happy with results from ABS, CBA and REI...ABS and CBA do not have a vested interest...but SQM do
