I need opinions about the best buy price of this Stock.

late 40's was the best, bottom for me given strong resistance under pressure of recent selloff, but its too late now i guess,

its still buy for me though until i think mid 70's at the moment, its a good long term holding as it is likely to recover strong eventually..Scentre just gave them a favour for a reason..
