I think all the first home buyers will rue the timing of their decision to get into the real estate market.

The govt will be held responsible for encouraging young people into the market at such a bad time.

The govt should know better.

The young first home buyers lack experience and judgment and rely on the govt to steer them in the right direction.

The intentions are honorable but the timing is disastrous.
