I'm very new at this game, so someone please correct me if my line of thinking is wrong.
BHP and Rio seem to be resisting signing anything at the moment, because their debts are so high, and market contracts are so low? (they need better prices)
So I figure a small Ore mining company, with limited debts, can make a killing, snapping up chinese contracts???
Am i on track, or is something else pushing up BRM?
