John Franklin has exited the business and is no longer involved. There was an ANN on this iirc.
Bergen sold to Regal and made a really healthy profit on this.
Regal sold down at a significant loss. Consensus view was that management had made pipeline sales sound very near completion/basically a done deal which turned out to be far from the truth. Following the COVID crash, their overall portfolios took a big hit and the decided to liquidate DRO to pursue other more lucrative investments at least in the short term.
