more like taking stock in an undervalued mining that they know will be striking a deal that will deliver the new buyers of recent a handsome return on their purchase price.
they could easily pick up heaps more by playing with the price especially in a market that is being sold off rapidly including our biggest mining co's.
yet they continue to buy in and buy UP.
