Do some of you twits even read these articles? This type of bomb actually is very benficial to civilians. It's lethal up close (assuming that hit their target) but less collateral damage because the blast radius is smaller with no shrapnel. If they don't hit their target the victims would die anyway through a normal bomb blast. They are targetting the terrorists more closely and ensuring less collateral damage.
