The meeting is done by a show of hands. If the Chair decides it is an obvious win, the chair chooses by the majority show of hands.
If someone in the room feels this to be unfair, then it will come down to a count of votes. YOUR VOTE IS IMPORTANT.
I am sure our fantastic management will come up with a plan. You see Kah are trying to save money NOT this will cost us in legal advice.
