Mark, I too agreed with your analysis. I reckon in 6 months time, if the SP hasn't improved, MGX may lodge a full take over at slightly over 60c and it would be hard to refuse then.They would have made their pile in the 6 months, which would be their capital. Good luck to them for knowing what they wanted by paying a bit more than the current SP to maintain control.By being the manufacturer they need io and by being a trader they can profit from a fixed margin and locked in supplier for their distribution.
