Well I hope for all of us that you and Keshatron are right!
Just the way that diagram above from Bluesky reads, it makes it seem like we would be at day 23 of an estimated 90 day process.
Confusion being that people are reading "progressed to the substantive review phase" as being at day 60. But the start of the substantive review phase is day 16 (according to the diagram).
If I am wrong I'll be a happy man.
