I can understand where you are coming from but if only it was that simple haha.

It's a Triton mineral project, all transactions need to be conducted via Triton Minerals for a thousand good reasons but too many to list.

The bulk earthworks contract is actually separate to the MCC EPC agreement and Triton will be managing the issuing of funds to presumably a local company to carry out the necessary works.

Just like Australia has a lot of heavily regulated sectors, China has a heavily regulated financial sector and whilst it can be lengthy and rigorous it's nothing to be alarmed about. It is their normal, it's just part and parcel of their laws and I'm sure Jinan and Triton would have prepared all necessary applications and submitted them as timely as possible to ensure we get the best chance possible of mobilisation in September.

If not it's not the end of the world, it is a 6 month setback to production if the dam isn't completed but that is hardly a defining factor when considering the long term security and viability of the company in my personal opinion.

I just want to know we have secured funding, then I can relax and if anything a slightly delayed entry into the expandable market will only strengthen demands.

I'm of the opinion once Xingchen Graphite are satisfied Triton Minerals have secured financing and are moving to production we will see a large offtake agreement and the signing of a mutually beneficial business partnership.

    Just my thoughts.
