I saw the announcement somewhat differently so I am curious to hear the detail that forms your opinion. I have seen nothing to indicate American investors would be aware of Elanco sponsorship of a little oz company based in Perth, so why would it impact on their SP at this stage ?
Why do you think Elanco are going to ignore Pharmaust ? They have already signed away their rights after 6 months if they elect not to exercise their option. No waiting until 2020/2024 for their patent to expire. I suspect their competitors would love to get in under their guard.
