To get an idea what impact the rise in the Ag price might have on the PMY share price, I have calculated the Ag Eq Resources of PMY and these are approx 123,833,988 ounces. At the current Enterprise Value of $59M (Market Capitalisation less cash), this represents a value of 48c per Ag Eq Ounce.

I have compared this to what would be the share price if the market were to price the Ag Eq ounces at A$1, $2, $3 ....up to $10 Ag Eq Oz. The right had side Axis shows the impact on price per share. So if the market were to value the Ag Eq Oz at $5 then the share price of PMY should be about 22c.

I have also shown what price the market is currently placing on the Ag Eq Oz of SVL, MKR and the Mexican MAG Silver Corp.

All share prices used were as of 31 August 2020.
