We keep talking nearlogy play with DEG......it’s not nearology with strelley, it’s geology plain and simple. People need to understand how the DEG gold got there to truly appreciate what CNB has. It’s an intrusion system.

DEG has found their gold in the greenstone sheer zone under 30m of transported cover on the tabba tabba and Berghaus faults......tabba tabba and Berghaus intersect on CNB land.....they run more or less parallel on DEG land.

Couple this with historic drilling on CNB land that hasn’t gone deeper than the 30m transported cover (in other words the ‘dirt’ that DEG has found all their gold in has never been drilled on strelley......no one has gone that deep with their exploratory drills) In fact, the historic drilling at strelley that tested the transported cover has found higher gram per tons of gold than what DEG has found in many cases......one can only imagine what is below jammed into the intersect of two proven greenstone sheer zone intrusion deposits........think sweeping dirt into a corner....what happens....it piles up right?

What about metallurgy? I’d say you’d be pretty spot on saying that we’ll get similar figures of recovery as DEG has shown (92% in float circuit + an extra 5% going the oxidisation angle from memory)

What about plant? DEG will need one and have already done a fair bit of work toward planning for one so we could go JV on the plant or contract out for processing.....much cheaper option for us long term.


People are throwing around what appear to be pretty stupid numbers for long term share price ($6???)....to be honest, if there is no share dilution $6 is a ‘gimme’, could go much higher......and I mean MUCH higher.

DEG $1.15 on let’s say 5m oz.....we find 5m oz (possible) at strelley we’re looking at around $14 a share......and that doesn’t include our other plays!
