You do wonder how this board can approve such extensions time and time again.

It should be extended but a penalty fee included as it isn't small amount of money either that or just start taking the money out of their pay to reduce the loans over time.

Oh wait the board approved it which are the directors... yup no conflict of interest there, maybe get the SHers to vote for it as this wasn't the first time they were extended...
